Wore this to a day game in July and the UPF 40 actually mattered, my shoulders didn't get cooked like usual. Fabric dries fast enough that a spilled drink was gone by the seventh inning.
The sweat-wicking fabric actually kept me dry during a long afternoon of casting, and the UPF 40 gave me one less thing to worry about. Sleeves roll up and stay put, which is more than I can say for my old fishing shirts.
Wore this to a doubleheader in July and it kept me dry through all nine innings. The sweat-wicking fabric is no joke, and the UPF 40 is a nice bonus for someone who burns easily. Fits true to size too.
